I graduated from Lock Haven University in Pennsylvania in December 1995 with a B.S. in Health and Physical Education.  I started teaching Physical Education in January 1996 in New York.  I taught K-4 Physical Education for 5 years in the Byram Hills School District in Armonk, New York.  I continued my education at Southern Connecticut State University and earned a M.S. in School Health Education.    
 
I have been teaching at Stratford Academy Johnson House since September 2000.  I have since earned my Sixth Year equivalent, by completing 30 credits beyond my Master's.
